“Fascinating program for our fall roundup”
Juggler Yoder presented a fascinating program for our Fall Roundup. He literally drew both kids and adults into his act as they edged closer to the front of the sanctuary. By the end of the program the kids were sitting at his feet…and the adults were right behind them! He used juggling to illustrate difficult-to-understand Biblical concepts of growing in faith and trusting in God. His personal testimony of God’s power working in his life and the “glowing” balls showed us how the Spirit can illuminate our lives so God shines through every aspect. His skill demonstrated himself as a professional perfomer, but his warmth and friendliness to both kids and adults, before, during and after the presentation show he is more than an actor. Everyone was spell bound as he juggled fruit, balls, rings and even eggs, knives and fire! I highly recommend Juggler Yoder for your next gathering!

“One hundred forty-four children sat entranced…”
Juggler Yoder performed as part of our VBS at La Porte First Church of God.
This is his second year performing here, and his performances are the highlight of our VBS. One hundred forty-four children sat entranced as LaMar Yoder juggled balls, clubs, rings, swords, and torches. The juggling was great, and so was the message. LaMar connected his juggling with the truth of the Bible in several clever ways. He used volunteers, and he was constantly connecting with the audience in some way. The parents heard several stories about LaMar’s performance that night. One toddler who was trying to tell her mother about the torches said, “The juggler set marshmallows on fire, and he threw them in the air!” It was a great show, and we’ll be glad to have Juggler Yoder back next
year.

I have two sons, ages 12 and 9. Nothing can compare to seeing them engrossed, with jaws dropped, at LaMar Yoder’s juggling performance! His act is entertaining and educational. Adults and children are amazed at what he can juggle; everything from rings, to flaming torches, to eggs. When I asked my sons to describe LaMar’s talent, they used words like “captivating”, “heart-stopping”, “fun” and “outstanding”. We’ve seen his act three times and are astounded anew every time! Not only is LaMar’s act great, but his character is as well.

Juggler Yoder performed in an assembly at Crichfield Elementary School. This assembly was part of our accelerated reader program and was designed to entertain and inspire children to meet academic and life goals. The children loved the juggling, and they listened intently as Yoder compared his juggling with life and academics. His juggling was amazing; the children were thrilled. LaMar Yoder performed a variety of juggling routines, and he used music, humor, and audience participation to get his points across. The children loved watching Juggler Yoder perform, and I’d certainly recommend him for your school program.

LaMar led an annual outdoor worship service this morning under a tent before over 100 members of Churubusco United Methodist Church. His gift of juggling, talent to teach, message from scripture, and ability to share his own Christian journey made the service one that all ages related to, learned from, and enjoyed.
